lol... somebodies into the CBT. First you have to discern "thought" from "feeling". I don't emote, and won't. Of course, I have thoughts upon it, but to wax philisophical about it seems too tedious at this time. It seems far less entertaining than devising ways of indulging in my own perfidious tastes the things I enjoy most in life...and even the rather benign and trivial comforts I wish to have employed upon my person by both the most voluptuous and buxom and lithe and petite young and mature women I fancy.

I have a solution. I'll just cheat on my next girlfriend alot with many different girls.

I just finished 2 hours on the heavy bag, punches only, no kicks. In the morn., I'm headed up to the mountains for a 3 day retreat. I have a hard time using the word vacation unless it's 5 days or more.
