Diffrent POV
Since my Pysch profile says I love conflict (I'm really not looking for it here, just getting a few thoughts outta my head) heeeere we go...............................
Sometimes being in the wrong place at the wrong time is a horrible thing. Sometimes inconveniencing ones self is better than the alternative. I would much rather people think me a coward, and think a situation through, than have been beaten like this girl. I still DO NOT condone what happen to her and it is an unfortunate event. But maybe this girl should have taken a page from Mr. Tom Yum's book and been a little overcautious with these jackals.
Here is a story from the Hagakure the book of the Samurai that iterates thought before action is the best policy.........................
{A certain person was passing by the town of Yae when suddenly his stomach began to hurt. He stopped at a house on a side street and asked to use the toilet. There was only a young woman there, but she took him to the back and showed him where it was. Just as he was taking off his hakama and going into the toilet, the woman's husband came home and accused them both of adultery . In the end, it became a public matter.
Lord Naoshige heard the case and said, "Even if this is not a matter of adultery, it is the same as adultery to take off one's hakama without hesitation in a place where there is an unaccompanied woman, and in the woman's case to allow someone to disrobe while her husband is absent from home."
It is said that they were both condemned to death for this act.}
Now personally I would rather shit myself than be put to death, but thats just me. This situation could have been avoided if first of all these girls had had proper supervision, and dare I say a little more parental discipline, but also if the girl had heeded the warning the boys standing "guard" gave her. She was told there would be trouble when she entered the house.
Furthermore I sure as hell would not have accepted an invitation to a house full of a group of was talking smack to.
Once again the beating was heinous and uncalled for. I for one feel that the parents should be charged with some for of neglect because this didn't just happen overnight. If they were responsible they would know at least a little that thier children were highly upset about this trash talking. Parents today let Playstation and cable as well as Uboob raise their kids. I think it's time we called for more responsible parenting. Maybe mom and dad should do some time right along side their little angels.
I know a lot of people don't want to touch this because it finds fault with what the innocent victim did but let's face it if these kids ALL would have been a little more mature in their actions then none of this would have happened.
I'm just saying.

We spend literally billions and billions each year fighting the spread of guns and drugs throughout the world. The net result of this has not been terribly impressive. Guns and drugs kill the same if not more people per capita than they did when we began our "War" on them. However, the leading cause of death in people of all ages the world over?
Diarrhea.
The cure for that is a pill that costs around $0.01.
Hmmmmm.

She went there unarmed... Big mistake.
I'm sure she made many others that led up to the event.
She's a dumbass. There, I said it!

Really going after them in the court system will not do anything, they will get off with hardly a mark on their record.
The girl that got beat will get better, the best justice served will be for her to forgive them and let God deal with them. God won't serve Justice on them if she seeks revenge(going to the courts and trying to sue them is revenge). She must forgive and forget. It is not worth her time.
May God have Mercy on thier souls.

I agree that what happened is completely brutal and should not go unpunished. Which it won't but it doesn't mean your a Saint if you go and ruin their lives also. It is just as bad.
This is where we get confused in life that we want justice so badly that we will ruin another persons life to get it. How is that justice. Turing the other cheek is not what I am saying. Letting them know what they did is so wrong and forgiving them heartfully will actually hit them the worst.
______
It is a foriegn concept for us to believe it this way because all the brain washing that has been going on forever that most are doomed to be selfish little people whose highlight in life is being cool when they leave high school their reality will change when mommy is no longer there.
This from someone who acts just as he is criticizing others act in the paragraph right above this response. And for you information, the Bible not only teaches the death penalty, but calls for government to punish the above without so much as flinching about it - justice, the wrath, not the pity of "God." And if you're going to try an pull "well, that was in the Old Testament, now that Christ died for all mankind's sins, you might want to study out what happened 5 books into the New when some people who supposedly lied were struck down on the spot, etc." True or not, your version of God or not (you did say "she" after all) you might want to consider that justice served is mercy on those injured and on society as a whole. It's unfortunate those girls behaved as they did. But that does not excuse their behavior, serve it's victum, nor the society we've all agreed to live in by certain moral codes as whole if we are to continue as survive.

All the religions in the world were made up to confuse the Truth about what God has said in his Bible and his Son Jesus came and told us.
This Truth shatters people because they have been told something for so long that turns out to be a lie.
Like Evolution... not real. Does this shatter your world...
I am taking responsibility for what ever I have done. Taking responsibility is important, blaming things on society proves exactly the type of world we are in that you can even say something like that.
If I have offended anyone then good. I'll take responsibility for it. If someone wants to know more about what I am saying then even better.
I am responsible for the Truth being said to you like this.
It also says that the law of Moses was given so that sin would increase - thereby pointing out man's inability to save himself even if when he knows what behavior "God" wants. In other words, laws actually bring out those who are depraved through negation. Any parent who's ever told a child "don't" knows as much (even if they persist in stupidly using it as a command, as many will). It also tecahes that the Law of God against sin was made for sinners and not for the righteous. You might want to do your homework.

There is an old Hebrew proverb: "If you are merciful to the cruel you will end up being cruel to those that deserve mercy."
I was once told by an American, Floridian, Sufi Muslim who's family originally hailed from the Balkans and has kept true and devote to Sufism ever since, that Islam overtook the region of Espana or Spain during a time period when the Christians of Spain could no longer adequately address and respond to the social ills running rampant at the time. (whoa... that was one long sentence wasn't it?) You may or may not be aware that when the Muslim conquered that collective Iberian region or kingdoms known as "Spain" they did so with a fair amount of ease. Many even converted fairly quickly and easily to Islam.
I'm not suggesting everyone who commits a crime or who is violent in some way be hammered. I mean a person environment, causes, and history has to be taken into account. Mercy is good, it can transform hearts and societies, at the same time you can not just only grant mercy to every prick or pricks and cunts leveling violence on the vulnerable (with no mercy on the victim as in this case) and not bring a certain mercy to that victim or victims. That is not justice. And teaches others if they want justice they must take in their own hands.

So, in essence, natural family planning does work better than condoms and or abortions. And the 100 or so Swiss Guards at the Vatican with their halberds and Michelangelo clothes, are the 21st centuries elite ops of the world.
Now that's some JKD not even Bruce Lee could do.lol

At the same time, as I watched the clip I couldn't help noticing all she needed was some basic Wing Chun well trained. I don't mean to make light of what happened to her. far from it. That's just not me. But those strikes were right up Wing Chun's self-defense arsenal to handle. On a positive side, this is a clip some will hopefully use as training piece against such bullying.

When prayer isn't enough it's time for a little Bible thumping. People have overlooked that a little Bible bashing would have helped her out of the situation quicker than any prayer. The morale of this story is always carry your Bible.
