You'd be A LOT more accurate if you said 3.5-5 kg

The weight of the average adult human head is about 3.6 kilograms or 8 pounds.

"An adult human cadaver head cut off around vertebra C3, with no hair, weighs somewhere between 4.5 and 5 kg, constituting around 8% of the whole body mass."

According to J.P. Goldstein (Ph.D) "The average weight of the human head is 8-12 pounds"

I have used it successfully on a few occasions and seen it used successfuly in even more.

When using the headbut make sure you are striking above the hairline and not on the temple. Keep your eyes shut tight at the moment of impact otherwise you can become disoriented/dizzy even stun yourself and your teath biting down tight so trhey smack into eachother (bottom into top).

        But the headbutt is great.

        I like this one:

Put your forehead on your opponents chest while in-fighting.

Slide your forehead up his chest by straightening your legs an dyour lower back and hit him full force under the chin.

Very sweet - uppercut from hell with a fist that can't easily be hurt.

I've been headbutted like this on two seperate occasions and it was extremely unpleasant each time.
