In fairness Matt, that is a pretty funny picture, and certainly in my case its probably true....well only if those guys work around the clock.

Like TT says its pretty easy, just click on the mountain icon and paste the pic you want to put on here.

I've had trouble loading pictures here too MB.

Try to load them on PHOTOBUCKET first and then just paste the IMG link.

Works for me.
