Those sound a bit high to me (I bet some gang rapes don't involve alcohol) but one of the *first* things I tell people who ask me about WSD is to watch how much they drink and who they drink around.

I've never heard of an area where 20 cops get killed in a year... maybe a whole city(and it'd have to be LA or NewYork due to that amazingly ridiculous number). I mean it IS a livathanesque number. I don't think their fearing for their life that much lol.

Actually I was thinking of Southern California as an area rather than "the corner of 123rd and 9th". I believe the statistic is that a cop is killed in the US about every hour. If this is the case then I think there would be a few places where 20 cops are killed in a year.

There are snitches everywhere but people are less inclined to speak to police in areas where police are seen as the enemy. Also they are less inclined to speak if they believe the police will not be around to protect them later.
