  • Boxing training at home.

I just got my butt whooped last night boxing, cause after the last time I won I became lazy. Now I need to get my ass training again. I've got a bunch of weights, a bench with a lat tower and leg extension attachment, I have a chin-up bar, I have a heavy bag, I have focus mitts, I have an axe, I have a jump rope, and I've got some people that will help me train. Anyone have a good routine I can do?

      Excuse me Turing,
You know how to Box but you don't know how to train in order to Box?
      Something is definitely wrong here.
Go to a gym, learn how to train, actually train and then you can start boxing, the proper way.

        Workout

If you're serious train every day, having just one days rest. For the first week focus on strength. Second week focus on speed and so on. Focus on each attribute required individually- this is a far better way to train- it is known as periodisation.
