Hey gusy. Just tryin to find the right weight and stuff for me, and want those who also want to know to post and find out.
I am 5'8, 190lbs, and have a large frame. I do weight training five days a week at school, but my karate hasn't really been consistant lately so I wouldn't count that. I will start goin thoug a few times a week next week. Anywho, what is the right, weight for my height? I certainly don't want to be skinny, (none of us do in our field), but I don't want to be huge either. Grant it I've got some muscle, but no six pec.
So, does anyone have one of those height weight charts? Those have quite a bit of range, but still...
