  • diet?

    I was just wanting some advice on diet, like how many carbs, grams of protein and fat I should be eating. Im 18, 5'7, weigh 11.5 stone (161 pounds),
    I do 8 1/2 hours (over 5 days) a week of martial arts, two 2 mile runs aweek, aswell as a light calisthenics, about 4/5 times aweek.

    What should my crab intake be aswell as protein and fat?

    30% protein
    60% carbs
    10% fat

    roughly. Carbs before training, protein after training. Just eat healthily.

        is it really that simple? Lol, the ratios you have to find yourself, based on your goals. I follow a 50/25/25 diet, 50 percent carbs, 25 % protien, 25% fat. This is because I naturally have a slow metabolism, although now my metabolism is a lot faster. This is more of an anabolic diet, since it high-fat. Whatever your goals are, adjust. There is no universal macronutrient ratio.
