      I read that creatine is mostly a placebo effect but I also read that it stores water in your muscle cell giving you a bulky look and also stores energy for explosive exercises I used it myself once I was working out about 3hrs a day and went from 150lb to 180lb in 1 month. and also everyone I talk to says your body will only absorb like 5grms per day everything else you will sht out.

        Creatine is baby stuff. It's like taking aspirin for pain instead of morphine. If you want to see results try Dianabol or some of the other anabolic steroids. You can find plenty of suppliers on the 'net who will have the stuff delivered to you. Work out hard, drink lots of water and cycle your "juice". You'll be amazed!

          steroids are way to dangerous dont touch them my uncle did them a lot when he was body building and hd a heart attack at 23 years old and now he is the fatest guy I know and its not from lack of working out on that crap he used to work out 5hrs a day. everbody I know that does steroids gets fat after

            Aiight I didn't read when this post was started but...... a lot of things said in here are STRICTLY ppl opinions. C'mon creatine and protein are nothing alike. Creatine is natually occuring in red meat, just not very much. It increases you ATP which allows you to recover b/w sets faster and help the recovery process in the long run. Its supposed to idealy allow for better protiein (which broken down is what your muscles are made of) synthesis into you muscles. Theres mixed opinions on wether taking them together helps but its certainly not going to hurt you. If anything they will negate the effect of each other and pass out of your system unused. Thats the hardest part of getting the whole effects out of creatine is the abosrbtion rate is low. You can easily reasearch creatine theres been many articles and tests on it and it IS perfectly safe just make sure you drinking enough water cause it will dehydrate you if you're not. Theres a million more things that I could go on and say about creatine and protein but.......you can decide for youself and come to your own conclusions. Oh yeah one more thing..........theres no way its going to change you personality/mentality that IS ALL in your head. FACT
