  • Knees + Hindu Squats

    Hi everybody, first time posting.
    I've heard that Hindu Squats are good for your knees in the way that they
    strengthen ligaments & muscle around the knees, what I want to know is should they be done every day or every other day?

    I was doing them every day back when I was in the Marines before I began using kettlebells, and even though I was jumping out of airplanes fairly frequently my knees were in good shape because of those. I'm one of the big believers that calisthenics (bodyweight exercises) can be done every day and I never had any problems doing them every day (and that was when I would do anywhere from 300-500 of em, watching TV while I did em).
