    Lately I have been trying to gain weight and get some muscle on my shoulders because I can see the bones on them. But everytime I eat a lot to try to gain weight a I can't see my sixpac as much which took me ages to get. i f I eat alot and keep doing situps will tis help me gain weight and keep my sixpack.

    Maybe try working out the upper area of your chest?

      in order to gain mass, u need to eat alot and build it up for a while. u have to get a little more body fat in order to put on weight. just focus on gaining weight first, and after u have gained work on toning and sculpting. cant gain weight, and lose weight at the same time, only 1.

        It is indeed true that you have to increase your calorie intake to gain weight, but if you do a clean bulk, you will not lose your six pack. You have to eat the right kind of foods, and you have to train in an appropriate fashion.

          Hi,

          I am new to the forum, but not new to the subject.

          As mentioned, you need to gain weight before any tone. Gaining weight for some is as hard to loose for others.

          To gain weight, you need to slow down your physical usage of energy.

          You need to eat more high fat (not literal), high carb foods meanwhile doing less activity.
