Any idea's? I absolutely hate doing pushups for some reason...O_o maybe its because my coach made me do god knows how many to where my upperforearms were locked up...but yea...are there any substitutes that I could use?

If you have access to weights you can do different types of presses or maybe high rep dumbell or kettlebell jerks.

if he hates pushups because they make his vision blur its probably because of the pressure caused by blood going to the head at that angle...
i doubt doing 1 arm pushups or handstand pushups would be any better, in fact those would put even more strain.
if you ask me, i dont think theres a whole lot of chest excercises you can do with bodyweight that dont strain that way.
might wanna stick to weights in that case.
any of the presses (bench, incline, maybe decline) would work great as you aren't in the same position as pushups so it wont put as much stress.
