I have been on a clean diet and workout regularly (cardio and weights) for quite some time now. But for some f*cking reason there is still that tiny layer of fat in front of my abs. It drives me insane, I have little body fat otherwise. What could I do to burn away the last bit of fat?
PS:I've been thinking that it may be because of the large amounts of white rice I eat, could this be the cause?
