  • Losing that last bit o' fat...

    I have been on a clean diet and workout regularly (cardio and weights) for quite some time now. But for some f*cking reason there is still that tiny layer of fat in front of my abs. It drives me insane, I have little body fat otherwise. What could I do to burn away the last bit of fat?

    PS:I've been thinking that it may be because of the large amounts of white rice I eat, could this be the cause?

      I guess it's just the way the body stores its fat. Like I have no fat at all any where else, just that tiny bit of it in front of my abs. I can see my abs after a hard workout and I'm damn sure that They'd be monstrous if the fat disappears. Sigh.

        Milk, It does the body good.

        It's probably just the last fat retention spot on your body. Principle of Diminishing returns is pretty dang obnoxious when it comes to bodyfat. That last percentage is hard to get off. This is doubled by your body saying "Hold on, we're running out of energy storage we better hang on to this stuff" Drink a glass of milk once a day. I Read an article recently saying that milk is one of those things that tell the body that it's going to get everthing it needs, so to speak. It's called a luxury food and if you don't have it alot of times your body will tend to keep that fat as a survival precaution. See if that helps, if not theres always lypo....jk
