    Shouldn't I feel soreness after benching? Or am I doing it completely wrong? I dont even feel the pectoral muscles working when I go to lift the bar.

    And if you're wondering I do 5 sets of 10 lifts.

      not enough weight. Add more weight. By they 3rd or 4th set you should need your partner to spot you.
