Well, my shoulders are pretty messed up. I'd say I pulled a muscle or some tissue or something. It was an accumulation of years of bad posture, plus doing too much bench weight without properly warming up. It's not that bad, and only hurts in certain positions, but I was wondering what the course of action is to do? It's not bad enough to go to a doctor, but bad enough to irritate my training. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

. I definately think it was just a pulled shoulder muslce, DEFINATELY not rotator cuff. I just took one day off while using perfect posture and it feels much better. I'll just take it easy for a few weeks, but you guys know how hard that is.....Thanks
