Weights are a good idea. If not heres a few thing you can do. Jogging!

A good routine for Muay Thai is this...
    Max rep push ups
Max rep squats (full range of motion)
    shadow box for minute
    Repeat 5 times.

Do that 3 times a week, not on muay thai day though. Jog 2-3 times a week. Jog slow, if you have trouble with that, walk fast and gradually get up to jogging in a few days or weeks. Everything should be a steady progression.

With push ups do this, say you hit 12 push ups on your first set. the next set do 11 and go down one push up each time.
However, each day you do push ups, add 1 push up to how many you do. So if you do 12 push ups monday on your first set, wednes youll do 13, friday 14. Before you know it, youll hit 50-60 in a row.

Also, if you cant do push ups on the floor, do them inclined on a chair or couch.

      Work HARDER, eat LESS...

      Eat LESS, live LONGER!

It's really that simple. Of course eating good food is better than eating garbage (Junk food) That defeats the purpose of good health and fitness.

Water and MORE water! The human machine is a bag of mostly water!

Keep it simple! It won't happen in one week or even one year, it's a lifestyle!

Get checked out by your physician first.

If you work a regular 7:30 - 5:30 type job, wake up at 5:30 and stretch for 10 min, skip rope for 30 minutes. Its gonna suck, but when did anything worth wanting come easy ?

When you get home stretch for 10-15 minutes and either run, swim or cycle for 30 minutes.

Check the fitness section for various routines and adjust according to your fitness level.

Muaythai is more about stamina than anything else. Once you learn proper technique and get bag work in, you should have decent power. I'd focus on stamina and technique first, then when you can fight forever, work on your power.

        Best of Luck.
