Proper Iron Palm Dosn't destroy your hands, when you're older you should be able to punch through walls and tie your shoe laces too. If you wanto learn how to do iron palm properly check out this blog. Iron Body Training
I didn't intend to imply that. I am curious about your training though, is this short palm, long palm, shattering palm, destroying palm, exactly what is it you're teaching on the blog? You're putting links all over the forum, tell us about it.
Hey, whats with asking me questions on my page instead of in the forum?
You joined up and started posting links to your page teaching Iron Palm yet you want me to "help you out"?
Message on my visitor page from you Mr Magnum, "Do you just plan on burning me? or would you help someone in need of help out?"
My reply: Uh, you're the one with a web page teaching things you can't define, so exactly how am I supposed to help you out? By giving you info you can then just put up on your site?

More Mr Magnum from my page: "yeah, I started this blog because it's something I'm passionate about. But I'm not a master at it or anything, any help you could give would be appreciated"
Then the most help I can give you is this, stop whatever you're doing. The info you have posted on the blog looks like Brian Gray's first book if you left out all the pertinent information on practicing Iron Palm safely. Unless you have someone with at least a decade of daily Iron palm practice under their belt teaching you in person, you would be best advised to run, not walk away.
There are extremely subtle pulses and twitches that are an essential part of Iron Palm training. The standing versions (long palm) can be particularly dangerous to train for a number of reasons. For instance your blog makes no mention of what the feet and legs do during the training and yet long palm is all about developing the linkage between your hands and feet, all you're doing is damaging your hands by hitting things without gaining the benefits Iron Palm is noted for.
BTW Iron palms benefits are perhaps 20% conditioning and 80% development of specific types of power generation and delivery.
