Don't confuse running ability with fighting ability. It's just like boxing--just because someone jumps rope really fancy does not mean he will be successful in the ring. Same with heavy bag and speed bag.

I can't jump rope fancy at all. I've tried.

I can however get a quick/steady pace, warm-up the shoulders/legs and get that heart rate up!

Continued running. Not as far as my peak this past summer, but I'm as consistent.

Walked everday this week at fast, brisk pace...........90 minutes at a time. And Jubagi is right, I am a grandpa. LOL Born in 57. My Idea of good cardio is spending 2 hours kicking the wavemaster--my running days are over. LOL Too hard on the knees!!

LOL, most guys my age have beer bellys and are remote control warriors. Being middle age is not all that bad because it's a mindset. I can do damn near anthing you young bucks can do except for the jogging. Middle age exercise is the key to being a healthy senior citizen.

Jubagi, I used to always wonder about Mike Brewers' size then he posted his stat's at 6'4" 250. Now, I am wondering abour your size. I would guess you are the size of a Sumo Wrestler. No joke, that's how I envision you.

You gotta be more specific. I'd cop to a Chiyonofuji but not a Konishiki.

A lot of people find this comparison helpful: http://www.firehydrant.org/pictures/i2/2014c.jpg
