Hi I was wondering if anyone else has experienced their ears popping after a training session. It only happens when i really push myself, and usually involves sparring.
My heart rate does not slow down for about 1/2 hour after either. This has only happened a few times recently after really hardcore sessions but i'm worried about pushing myself too far in the future.
I'm 5'10 - 13 stone stocky build and i exercise twice a week, mountain biking and kick boxing. I race mountain bikes when i can, cross country and some endurance so i think i'm pretty fit? Age 31.
your thoughts/advice would be a help.
