On the other hand some of us look at him as sort of an icon around here.
Starting to wonder if he's "testing" the new moderator?
It's getting old fast buddy.
Tell us something about your training background Rickster...
Can we call you Rick?
Thanks again!
And though I tolerate a post on it, to barage every thread/post I make, especially when trying to have genuine discussions, is utterly ridiculous and insulting. (And Jubaji continued to do so, and knew it-hence using "little" also)
My experience-Jubaji had found it on a thread and pasted it on another somewhere. I just tried to find it to save my fingers from typing it in repetition.
Jubaji is correct in one minor subject, I am on a few forums. I moderate two. My search is for a forum (or few) that people arent concerned with what you had studied, in order to come back with a retiliation. I am looking for a forum, though having some jocularity, when someone says enough is enough, they should be taken seriously. Especially if the person being harassed has made every effort to post/thread with every intention to have many good discussions.
(I was still looking for my post on my experience-havent found it)
Being a "icon" is not for the good of all. People can be amused with such a "icon". But "icons" get old.
Sincerity,
Rick

If a student was to come into my school, after I told him repeatedly, to mind himself, and make such a statement;
"I respect the teacher's perogative to kick out my sorry a-- anytime it is deemed necessary."
This is not genuine respect, but a attitude to be properly delt with - gone!

Ignore the pig behind the curtain.
Rickster are you looking to discuss the commonalities of the movements that make up various arts?
Is that the intent of looking for a forum that doesn't obsess over rules and regulations of "this is how it's always been done"?
Something along the lines of more efficient body mechanics and flow?

1.) The commonalities of the movements that make up various arts- Could it be stated that these movements are going to be well restricted in the current state of the atlas of the human body, per such? I would guess, for example, because of this, a hook punch, by any other name, used by any art that has it, is still a hook punch? (Have another note for any replies.)
2.) The intent of a forum over rules and regulations how something always been done per in what manner do you convey? Everything in life would appear to be confined with "certain rules". And though the idea that rules "can be broken", they still have a tangible as to the extent.
3.) ...more efficient body mechanics and flow. As per 1.) I cannot see how much more can be done, that hasn't been already. Other than breaking Olympic records....for example.
