Make your own Heavy Indian Clubs of Concrete

Great tutorial on making big clubs!! We love our Indian Clubs and Meel work around here. The grip strength increase is awesome. The benefit swinging heavy clubs through the lines of attack gives is incredible when you swing Escrima sticks.
