  • Open Question: So I just had a baby but it's kinda fat?

Are there any fitness programs for 2-4 week olds?

Only feed it every second day.

Babies are supposed to be fat. Let the baby be. This is why society's women grow up thinking there supposed to be a size 2 or be the size of some super model. Don't give your baby this mentality of thinking. When he/she gets old enough you can teach the child about proper nutrition.

Maybe have the baby start out slow, like just running around the block, then after a week or so to build up his/her endurance, move him/her up to a half mile then mile and so on. Try to incorporate some type of resistance training and plyometrics. Keep his/her diet as clean as possible, low-calorie, low-carb formula, every two hours to keep his/her metabolism up. Rest is over rated so he/she can probably get by on 6 hours tops. Don't let him/her slack... at all! IT'S A BABY!!!! Let him/her be, they need to be chubby at this time. I have a 1 year old and he looked like he had rubber bands tied around his wrists and ankles when he was 4 months old. Once they start crawling and walking .. oH! and GROWING, they stretch out and thin out. No need to worry.

Leave the baby, for he is innocent.

If it's not to fat and if it will fit you culd put him/her in a crock pot and have a nice baby roast for when you get home from work. Just put the crock pot on low cook and add about a cup and a half of water & a packet of brown gravy mix. I usually season it with onions and potatoes and some salt & pepper. Don't worry about the baby screaming. The lid muffles the sound. After about 10 minutes it'll stop screaming. Actually, mine stopped screaming after about 8 minutes though.

Stick an apple in it's mouth, and use beer instead of water.
