also i need to stop smoking/drinking...but sometimes the stress of making quotas makes you wanna go crazy
but it's all good...also as an update i've lost 10 lbs and pretty much kepted it off just through diet control... i still eat fast food in moderation...i dont have that much choice when im on the run constantly...but i have gotten better about overeating and eating better...any more suggestions...thanks guys
