ok first off im 5'7" and 200 lbs....i have decided to get my self together and i wanna start with my health/appearance...and most importantly im looking to join some sort of MMA or martial art school so i can start competing...so any diet plans or work out plans would be greatly appreciated...thanks alot

but it's all good...also as an update i've lost 10 lbs and pretty much kepted it off just through diet control... i still eat fast food in moderation...i dont have that much choice when im on the run constantly...but i have gotten better about overeating and eating better...
