David Yeung is the spitting image of father dearest.

And according to 'Ghost Dawg' from testosterone.com:

Normally, I wouldn't mention anything in a gossip column, but sadsack Lonnie Teper reports on some amazing things he saw 56-year-old martial arts film legend Bolo Yeung (Enter the Dragon, Bloodsport) do at the gym. The 5-7, 200-pounder who claims to be lifetime natural, did reps with five plates on the Hammer Incline Press, four 45's and a 25 on the Hammer Shoulder Press, seated barbell presses with 275, and 80-pound alternate dumbbell curls — all in the same workout. Wait, it gets better: he trains every bodypart every day, always heavy.

You can read more in September's Ironman magazine. Talk about your beast from the east...

Look at the builds of the lifters from yesteryear. They were all natural as steroids weren't in use. They were big and strong, but NONE of them looked like that freak. Natural my anus.

What's the difference between natural bodybuilding and guys like Ronnie Coleman? Would guy's like him also be considered natural?

Does natural mean not using steroids, or not using certian types of supplements?

In my limited knowledge of bodybuilding, I think the difference between natural bodybuilders and guys like Ronnie Coleman are that natural bodybuilders don't use drugs such as steriods or andro. I know a couple of guys that compete in natural bodybuilding shows and the strongest stuff they use is a protein shake and maybe a few vitamin supplements. they drink about 2 gallons of water a day and Their diets are almost impeccable. They're looking for that chisled, lean, hard look instead of the superhuman bodyparts of the guys you see in the Mr. Olympia or the Arnold Classic

you dont have to be big as hell to be strong as hell.
this dude lifts everyday and probally will get stronger, but his muscle will not get huge, simply because he doesnt allow enough rest for hypertrophy to occur.
I know bodybuilder that lift shit wieght, but by looking at them you would think they are lifting plates upon plates, but they dont train to failure, they rest and they eat ALOT...
for a martial artist or any athlete concerned with keeping there bodywieght low to maintain a certain wieght class I would recommed training for strength as opposed to hypertrophy, and obviously this guy has the same Idea.

yeah though that dude is pretty deisal, but to get that size and train with that frequency I can pretty much say he definetely juiced.
