The 5-7, 200-pounder who claims to be lifetime natural, did reps with five plates on the Hammer Incline Press, four 45's and a 25 on the Hammer Shoulder Press, seated barbell presses with 275, and 80-pound alternate dumbbell curls — all in the same workout. Wait, it gets better: he trains every bodypart every day, always heavy.
