Okay, sometimes I just can`t get to sleep, and I end up getting 4-5 hours of sleep, today I only got 2 hours of sleep. I woke up at 5:00 a.m. and I tried to sleep in more but I couldn`t get back to sleep. And now everytime I go to bed at like maybe 11 p.m. or 12 midnight and ending up sleeping at 3:00 a.m.
So lets say it is maybe in the evening or daytime, you just stay in bed and relax. Do you still recover from the workouts that you do ? And any tips on catching up on your sleeping schedule ? (Like going to sleep no problem at 11:00 p.m. and always waking up at around 8:00 a.m. everyday) ?

) Man one of these days, i`m gonna get one of my friends to freakn` join me with my MT or ****ing get in shape, their all game freaks, or not all they do is smoke weed and party. (which I don`t even like going to because it`s not worth it (at my age), IMHO) Thats probably another reason why for my motivation, I`m the only person interested in Martial Arts around here and theres no "good gyms" and instructors, Mike Miles for example. I am addicted to the net, I can get off but thats only when my friends call me, as they are busy playing their video games. The hell I tell myself stay on the damn net as there is nothing else to do, I mean like sh** even if we go outside all we ever end up is doing nothing or going over someone`s house, and seat on our asses playing more... MORE video games !!!
really.... I want it *poof*
