      PWO shake of course
      40 g protien
      40 g carbs, dextrose is best here
      10 g fats, I use peanut butter or olive oil

      take directly after done working out.

          Rest and ingestion of 0.7 to 3.0 grams of carbohydrate per kilogram of bodyweight within 2 hours of completion of exercise. That will enable the muscle glycogen to replenish itself.

            Try massage.

              a massage will get the blood flowing better to those worked muscles and also try some amino acid supplements.
