      I had a curry last night. I ate fast for 9 seconds, and then slow for 27, just as you said. I had quite a sweat on by the end!

                I am 5.3% fat. .7 % too low for my age and body type. I also weigh 175lbs. apparently 15lbs too big for my age and body type. so what am I supposed to do. I was told to take in less calories and also excersise less. That blows. Im trying to put on muscle and they say eat less and workout less. I understand the low fat percentage but come on. I should be eating a steak to fix that. But seriously speed cardio is better than slow go cardio. Richard Simmons can kiss my dairy queen. I have read the research as well but it was translated in my native language of stupid so I could understand it better.

                    Yeah

                    Hey man, this is to the first guy..I havent read all the replies yet, but the best way i Know to loose 60 pounds of fat:

                    Stick to a diet of lean meat and steamed veggies, SMALL portions 5 times a day, the 6th should be a protien shake.

                    Do cardio in the morning for at least 30 minutes in your target heart rate zone....you can find that a lot of ways, look it up.

                    Do wieghts in the afternoon, work to failure, sets and reps dont matter as much as just busting your butt.

                    NO SUGAR...throw out all junk food and soda.
                    Try to stay away from proccessed food....shop on the outter side of the stoors, where the produce is.
