I already have some huge benefits from my training. Apart from the obvious physical/conditioning benefits,
I feel more the mental benefits.
I'm much more calm. Less anxious. More confident. More centered. More focused. And more mentallty tough. Yeah, boxing gave me a kind of mental attitude that is THE reason why I train.. a kind of mental fortitude/stability/toughness.
How do you feel are the benefits of the sport?
