[QUOTE=Nothingness]Yeung currently resides in LA area. You should see him lift weight. He is at his 50s I think and I saw him doing flat bench fly with 105lbs in each arm. Imagime what he could do at his prime[QUOTE]
Bolo is a monster I could believe the 105lbs. Actually, ( I think I am remmbering this correctly) Bolo stated that he was the one that really started Bruce's weightlifting additcition. does anyone else have that same understanding?

here is an clear bit of an evidence:
try to look all the Tae Kwon Do when they do kick, jumpkicks, jumptwist kicks or flyingkicks.... try to observe their both feet when they lands after jumping..... what you see is they re-gain their balance..... now, it is our advantage to immediately close the gap on their micro-seconds to re-gain their balance..... then do rapid hand attacks to them dont know where that hand attacks came from... and when your fists landed to all parts of their body then they will only ask you one question: "how did you do that, its impossible, stop taking drugs, are you stupid?"
Note:
they dont realize how powerful the art of KungFu
Note:
even in the Olympics, the Philippine Tae Kwon Do Team really does won in several Tae Kwon Do games against several coutries, but still, after many years of mastering their kick, jumpkicks, fly kicks, or jump twist kicks, they all 75% off balance or re-gaining their balance when they lands....

Although I hate to sound as thoug I'm defending TKD (which I'm not), I hope you're not making you observations based on Olympic games or tournament footage. That stuff is crap. A colleague of mine once described it as "jump, jump, kick" quite accurately too if you only go by Olympic/tournament footage.
Then, it's more the inherrant flaw in the style than the imperfections of the individual practicioner. On completion of an aerial/jumping/kicking technique, you've got to restore balance. Obliviously if you remain with both feet on the ground, balance doesn't need to be restored, as it dosen't go away.

this is what i mean FOUNDATION ON BOTH FEET, jumping kicks of WuShu and some of KungFu has no problem except Tae Kwon Do Jumping kicks.
also in Karate, they kick the target as high as they could, they sometimes fall when they kicking high, and i believe that slippery of the ground is not the reason.... they sometimes fall when they kick high even though they dont hit the target but still they fall.....

TKD is bullshit and only useful for for getting your arse kicked in a fight, coz you think you know a martial art. Guess what? You're wrong! Your time learning TKD would have been better served playing Street Fighter 2, you would have learnt more.

btw, I also had some WTF TKD background when I was very young. It was quite a rude awakening when I decided to come to one NCK bu koan. I joined the bu koan and been practicing NCK since. However, I still keep one kick from TKD; it was my fav kick from TKD. I found it also useful as a combination when the enemy has lost balance, but I dare not to use it as a solo or an opening attack again NCK practicioners; it's a suicide. It is the jumping dwichagi.

Bruce Lee: Lots of training, adaptable fighting style, plenty of experience, very light, fit, very fast kicks and punches.
Jackie Chan: Also fully trained in different styles, with plenty of experience, not as fit as Lee was, but with great upper body speed and strength.
I'd say these two are pretty well matched. If I had to pick, I'd say Jackie Chan. Bruce Lee is dead now.
