      lol.

I believe Chinese weapons would have been superior, after all they had GUNS

But then of course, it's more dependent on the wielder. Early firearms were inferior to bows because of inacuracy and loading times.

However, the Chinese also had bombs, which are infinitely superior to all martial arts weapons

The comments on club or sword vs .45 ACP (mine is a Springfield Armory)reminds me of a scene from an Indiana Jones movie. The guy with the sword put on quite a twirling exhibition before Indiana put a chi bullet in him.

              Thank you!

People, please get off your mystical weapon fantasies. Weapons are deadly, period. But guns are more deadly.

Stop promoting chi sword technique superiority over guns. Close quarters is a different story. Anything else - firearms have superiority.

              This is gettin' old.

                Wrong.......

People, please get off your mystical Non-KungFu martial arts fantasies. Weapons are deadly, period. But guns are more deadly.

KungFu Sword Techniques is superior to a MMA Martial Arts, and other Non-KungFu arts. Close quarters is a different story.

While guns are more superior to Sword.....

Anything else - firearms have superiority......

                Convinced???????

                    GUNS can kill 10 people

                    while.....

KungFu Sword can kill 1000 people without getting the blade dull

                    Note:

One of the reasons why Japanese Soldiers carries Katana during World War II

I'm sorry, but you guys are wrong.

Bombs, and explosions in general can kill many more people than firearms or martial arts, save a deadly DragonBallZ type chi blast.

Just how many people do you suppose the Japanese killed with their swords compared to how many they killed with their bombs, artillery, and guns?

Do you ever think before you post?

Appart from that, that would prove the superiority of the japanese blade
Whjich it is seeing that Japan never was invaded by China even though the Chinese tried it actually before the introduction of firearms noone managed to invade Japan
The Portugese were allowed to trade, a position that was later taken by the Dutch because they promised not to get involved in Japanese society

Firearms were the decline of the samurai and those were singleshot guns

Kali, escrima, arnis and silat all have great weapon techniques.

Alot of these weapons are concealable; kung fu sword isn't.
