No, by learning I mean, from a teacher in boxing classes. I only watch on and observe their attacks and moves etc. You errored again when you tried to attack lies to me.

If some one said to me, I learned boxing at that gym over there. Anyone could say ok, who taught you etc . But I said,

The reason the same thing happens on other sites at times, is that i am dealing with so many who have sold out for MMA and really don't understand kung Fu that much. No, I don't believe they do, even if they say they have many years. If they do understand Kung Fu then they gave up on it for a more BJJ style etc. Also as soon as i suggest that Kung Fu has very effective techniques, some just attack that. they must have some wrong view in their mind of what kung Fu is, or they have watched some pathetic video on You tube where the so called kung Fu men get beat by grapplers. I say so called kung Fu men, because i did not see any clear kung fu AT ALL In the few fights I have seen.

What you might think is disgraced and being made ashamed, is not what it is in my case.

Why don't you stop attacking honest martial arts teachers that come in these places with good intentions and to discuss ideas and techniques.

You , like many others I have met MAY have been somewhat disillusioned with the style you were taught or you didn't practice it right or you didn't have a teacher that expounded certain VITAL things about kung F and forms and fighting etc etc etc. And so, like many, you MAY have gone into MMA, after watching the supposed ULTIMATE fighting on TV etc. I am not saying there are not benefits of learning more ground fighting etc. But I am saying that within Kung Fu you may have a life time of development alone within the styles that exist.

I understand enough about Kung Fu to know that you make it work for you will eventually become a kick boxer with sloppy form, hardly any stability to your stance or movement, and look not much different than a scrapper at a bar brawl, (In my opinion). I have heard some talk so proud and arrogant, like some do on the Ultimate fighter show. How great they are and powerful and how they are going to dominate their opponent and all sorts of garbage talk like this. yet when they fight I see nothing, sloppy, slow confusion, OFTEN (though Not always). I have seen some good techniques, but usually this comes from the skilled martial artist in styles like BJJ.

I know that it has evolved, that is why I love Kung Fu, it has evolved to a fine art form. There is so much hidden in the forms it is amazing. The more I learn the more I see the genius of certain styles. They work together and in an endless combination. If you missed this, you missed a great deal.

Ok, explain to me about your style and what you have learned. How long, who taught you? etc.

From what i hear from you and some others. They may have done some forms and not learned how to fight with them, so they became somewhat kick boxers and shifted into MMA as if it was a more realistic fighting form.

I am curious why you don't put such weight in CMA as I and others do?

Because he is probably a MMA dude. This is all a big joke, to piss off the CMA people, and to get them all riled up so people who like MMA end up hating Kung Fu even more. Funny thing is, everyone hates this guy, across the board. MMA, CMA-heck, he even managed to piss off the Tae-Bo guys!

If some hate me they do so without real cause. They just have been swayed into the MMA world and (as I believe) swallowed the "ULTIMATE fighting error so much that when anyone even suggest that it is not the ULTIMATE type of fighting they immediately get in a huff and attack. They have also seen some of the pathetic Kung Fu video clips, where the so called Kung Fu men seem to know or perform no kung fu at all. So when I mention Kung Fu etc , they act as if they understand Kung Fu, many don't, even though they say they do.

yes there may be the odd Kung Fu instructor who has many years of disillusionment in their own style and who has shifted to BJJ and the MMA mindset. But I am sure if i were to question them more fully I would find out how they learned Kung Fu and we would be in very different directions there.

By the way I am not a MMA guy trying to attack Kung Fu.

It is comical how some don't believe me when I have told them and showed them many things about my Kung Fu background and experience. Oh well, some won't believe anything once they get it in their mind that they want to keep attacking no matter what. What fun would it be for them, if they found out that everything I have said comes from sincerity and truth. They wouldn't have anyone to attack then.

You obviously haven't read any of my posts including the one you are responding to.

I'm under the impression at this point that jubaji isn't happy with berating people under one screen name so he invented you on DL and then brought you here.

I practice CMA's and TCMA's and RBSD. My teachers who have and still do post regularly on here incorporate concepts from TCMA's and CMA's into the RBSD side of our training.

You are to ignorant or too illiterate to read what other people have posted because you're too busy patting yourself on the back thinking about how great you are.

I trained MMA and it wasn't for me. I f-ing hate and have always disliked UFC. It's all over my posts that apparently your time is to valuable thinking how great you are to read.

As I pointed out in class the other day, I'm RETIRED, my kids are grown, I live in the school (no commute time) and I have a number of capable assistant instructors to fill in for me and I still can't manage to post half as often as the people on here (much less the other forums they patrol/post equally as heavily on)who supposedly have kids and jobs, (or are in the military)...and yet they supposedly have time to train as well.
