    If you read some of the other thread in the CMA forum, you might not get the answer you are looking for. However, if you still wanted to do some form of CMA, San Shou might be the answer.

    Traditional Kung FU

    Mostly for my curiosity and to which I might aspire to learn, which Kung Fu's are the oldest/traditional. I have always preferred the real traditional ways, for example if I were to take a kick boxing sort of martial art, I would easily take Muay Thai over MMA. Either way I just want a view from experienced martial artists to see what Kung Fu's are the most traditional or the most effective.
