Is the beginning and end of MA training as far as 'Theory Boy' there is considered. He's a badass as long as he's sitting around braiding his master's ponytail and memorizing his Yugiyo cards. But if there happens to be a wet paperbag around he's in trouble.

As far as the hair my teacher has, you're envious of everything Boar has, his skill, knowledge, respect in the martial community, friends, students and hair, what a sad little poser you are.

by labels are you meaning names?

Anything that describes the art like names or the proper terminology makes him nervous and defensive, pay attention you'll see the pattern.

His Tai Chi is so special it has no names or terminology to "limit" it much less directions for its use and practice.

Maybe the movements, attacks, stances and fists are from a tai chi form, but that doesnt seem any different than any other martial art on this planet. Anybody can make movements up and call them something. Right?
