If someone trains in bujinkan ninjutsu for 15 years how good shold he be?
Do they have TKD schools that are not McDojo's? Just the other day, I saw one where you could pull up to this window, and they will teach you how to do a spinning roundhouse wheel kick from the driver's seat. Then they give you a big mac with extra sauce and away you go. Only $4.99.

You bujinkahn guys are some of the most fattassed idiots full of total bullshit about martial arts ive ever seen and know nothing about real fighting except your slow motion ninja fantasy one steps.
Once again with your foolish assumptions Just because we disagreed with your opinion and upset your delicate sensibilities now we're all "fatassed idiots full of total bullshit." If you haven't noticed, many of the people who disagreed with you have a lot of experience to back up their claims. There's some people on here who, just because of how they speak and present themselves and from their training methods I'd love to have on my side in a good scrap.
And for your information, I'm far from fat (5'9", close to 180lbs, size 30 waist) and most of that is good functional muscle as I participate in amateur strongman competitions. I can still run eight miles with a 35lb backpack on in under an hour and end it with a bunch of calisthenics afterwards. I'm definitely sure I'm not the only one who can do these on here, and many more who could probably do more than I can.
Also you know nothing about TKD, and you know very well that mcdojangs dont count.
I trained for over a year with a man who was a black belt in Hapkido and TKD, and I've trained with the ROK Marines on several occasions. I may know a smidge more than you might think, probably even a few things you may not know.
I dont need to prove how tough I am, because im not claiming to be a teacher in a movie on the internet supporting a martial arts school. I also dont need to prove what kind of fights ive been in and ive never been in a schoolyard fight.
It's pretty obvious that you've never been in any kind of fight, as you seem to have a lot of illusions as to how a real fight would go.
Go ahead in our fantasy steven k hayes world with ninjas and swords and crazy shadow invisible techniques and believe that a fat dude who goes against a lean fit skilled fighter can win because he practices the ANCIENT art of the sacred ninjas!
See, that's what I love about ninjutsu Everyone underestimates it right from the get go just because we wear funny shoes and practice a lot of sneaking around. If you knew even a thing about it (as you claimed we know nothing about TKD and got rather defensive on that point), you'd be singing quite a different tune my friend. I'm speaking from almost 14 years of fighting arts experience, and as soon as I joined the Bujinkan and saw how effective it is, I was bought and sold. This is AFTER my stints in karate, TKD, BJJ, MT, freestyle wrestling, sub wrestling, capoeira, and jujitsu. I left most of those as I felt it wasn't teaching me how to fight effectively, some after years of study, and ever since I joined the Bujinkan I've never thought to leave. Something to think about the next time you pick up a blackbelt and they ask you if you want fries with that

If being skinny was such a prerequisite for being fast and strong, then why do you see so many professional football players bulging at the waistline?
there are ~350 professional football players that weigh over 300lbs. This weight helps them move other people around. If you've ever played sandlot ball with these guys you'd know they're pretty damned fast too, and they have grips of steel. If they lay one finger on you, you will get grabbed and slammed to the ground. Forget about your next weeks worth of plans if you take a full on shoulder shot to the chest...you'll fall while spitting blood. These guys dont even need to know Bujinkan to be able to kick half our asses. Look at "Fridge" Perry, people would pretend to try and tackle him, just so they wouldnt get hurt, and he was one of the biggest running backs ever. If a person knows how to use their weight to their advantage, weighing more than your opponent is ideal.
Not true. As a little guy, I quite prefer the flexibility, nimbleness, and speed afforded to us small types. Yes, you can teach a big man to move like a little guy, but they have to work at it. My instructor is 6' 4" and built like a line backer. He does just fine. In all the years I've been going to him, even with all my "little guy speed" I never actually hit him, unless he wanted me to.

I'm not trying to say that smaller people cant fight. No way would I say that. But weighing more than your opponent is an advantage...so is speed, endurance, height, reach. Andrew just seems to think that you have to be slim and trim with a 6pack and abs in order to hold your own. That just doesnt hold up.
