I'm glad you enlightened us on that.

        Done and done.

Everyone, on pain of.... well on pain of something bad that Spanky can come up with, I hereby request that you to leave Beth3041 alone.

Your compliance in this matter is appreciated...

I was reading this post at work today. I should not have been because I drew way to much attention to myself. I could not stop laughing.

Im only joking!! Man o Man!

I have seen some Goju Guys that are tough as nails by the way! Normally they do not go in for competition though.

                    Cheers

WELL - i thought you said you did Goju Ryu Karate?

I was just saying that i have seen and know some guys that do this style - that they are very tough and good fighters - and that they tend not to do competitions!!

I thought Goju Ryu shunned the normal semi contact flicky kicky competitions, though I do know of one who used to compete quite well in Kyukushinkai.

How do they compete? Light contact point or full contact striking or mma?
