 ) he was only going 50% but it was pretty hard since I was 12. After when I thought my test was done he made me do 50 pushups and med contact spar 3 of the green belts. That's what I call a good work out, my gi was literaly soaked from all the sweat. So it just goes to show there are some good TKD instructors out there.
