I have a full-time job as an orthopedic physician assistant plus a girlfriend (and her 8 y/o son), but I manage to train 5 days per week (3 hrs each on M & W, 3-4 hrs on T, 2-3 hrs on Th, an hr on F, 2.5-4 hrs on Sat & 1-2 hrs on Sun). I actually plan to work out every day without any planned days off because I realize that 'life happens' and sometimes you can't work out or you can't work out as much as you originally planned ('Off' days just occur secondary to life). My job is very close to where I train, I have a lot of equipment at home and a VERY supportive girlfriend.

She's just being modest, she's actually means she went form like 8% body fat and fit as can be to 10% body fat.

I train daily except for Sundays.

Mondays - Boxing and Grappling 2 hours
Tuesdays - Gym (weights and one hour of kicking drills,) 1,1/2 hour
                Wednesday - Karate 1 hour
Thursday - Gym (weights and Cardio)1,1/2 hour
                Friday - MMA1,1/2 hour
Saturday - Elbow and Knee Training 1 hour (depending on how hard i have trained in the week, I may leave this out and use the whole weekend to recuperate)

Im married and do find it hard sometimes to train. Luckily I work at a school, finish at 3:00pm and can train before my wife gets home.

Apart from the gym I pay small fees to train as i am friends with the trainers.
