Anyone have any fine points or suggestions about keeping great balance with knee on stomach position?
Out of all the positions I am good at, I feel knee on stomach is a weaker one for me. I want to get better, and I was wondering if anyone knew any aspects of it to enhance the ability to ride them quickly with it?
Any suggestions? When I do get it, I generally feel less control and just revert back to side control, etc.
