So would an army of quick, hungry and aggressive zombies like the ones from Dawn of the Dead (2004)

In that case shotgun-do would be your best survival weapon, second to running really fast .

Yeah but BJJ is like a bullet proof shield, Helio himself says so....

C'mon! Someone else here must read Grappling magazine!

"If someone points a gun at you, of course, you will be scared. But jiu-jutsu gives me the equivalent of a bullet proof shield. It protects me from head to toe, plus it gives me the ability to take a gun away."

Shotgun-do would bounce right off of BJJ!!! Don't you keep up with the latest greatest words from the Grand Master?

                  I'm a pretty decent judoka.

The variations I've pulled off the most have been combos off an initial attempt or fake at ude garami (kimura).
I've been very successful with them from various guards as well.

Though since they're "not effective" all my training has been for not...

Sigh. BJJ is USELESS against multiple biting undead attackers.

Wait. Shouldn't this be in the biting thread?

I know!... And, IF your Jiu0Jutsu is that worthless imagine how helpless I must be with just plain old regular Judo

I'm fond of the traditional (arm) armlocks and (leg) armlocks but I guess I'll never use any of that crap in a "real" fight... Someone might bite me

I have actually used variations of the "triangle" or figure four armlock, "ude garami", (americana) and straight armlocks to disarm an idiot or two...

Kansetsu waza is really an art of it's own.

Cant wait to hear your thoughts when you come accross a good grappler. You are so stuffed.I take it you were doing the armbar wrong. If you got it right, you wouldnt have had to arch your back at all.
