hey all, sorry to bother anyone here but I was wondering if you guys could help me out. I'm 18 turning 19 pretty soon and need some tips for training. I stopped truly practicing martial arts about 2 years ago and played tennis for my high school. I would practice tkd on and off, you know, some kicks every now and then. Now I'm in college and well, packed on the typical freshmen 15. =( anyways, I also started lifting as well, (just not intensely) I don't want to gain anymore more mass, I just want to lose fat and build strength. So my question to everyone here is if they know any tips or routine I can use to lose fat as well as train my martial arts. Its hard for me now since I'm back at home but at my college has a heavy bag that I would use to kick. However I don't know how to use the bad effectively, I mainly use it for my power roundhouse and punching. I also need help with grappling since I've only taken tkd.
