In boot camp if one guy was a wad the whole company had to "pay"...

Why not line up the whole class, shoot every student in the belly and tell them it's because Jr. can't behave himself...

That's what I'd do. Then, not only is junior embarassed, but all his friends are pissed at him as well. Each time he screwed up I'd do that until the kids really despised him. If he kept screwing up eventually, I'd give the other kids the airsoft guns and let them shoot him.

It all starts with respect. The old timers had respect for each other skills and abilities both theory and practice. Most of these flame wars start because someone doesn't respect what the other is typing. Without a proving ground, it results in a cyber brawl. LOL
