im not trying to convince anyone of anything here. sorry you didnt realize that to begin with. all i did was state my opinion. you dont have to agree with it, and thats fine. its not my fault the moderator felt the need to dive into multiple pages of personal attacks because he felt insecure about his training cause someone else pointed out something to him. he is the one who cant get over my opinion and has felt the need to drone on for 9 pages about things that dont even have anything to do with the topic at hand.

Wow, Dick. I just thought of something.

Have you ever thought about registering for a chair on the Democratic Natioanl Party's Board? I mean, you've got the same debate style (snicker) that most of them do, and you're far better at completely ignoring questions than at least several of the current front-runners. You want to serve your country? Dude! Be a politician! You've already got the requisite skills list, and if you stayed Democrat, the pot thing would never be a concern. You inability to justify your beliefs when people call you on them is also a trait the Party could help you refine. Before too long, you'll be answering the press like a pro:

"Senator Dick! Can you comment about your vote this afternoon to legalize marijuana without removing the prok barrel rider to fund a backyard wrestling club in Skobie, Illinois?"

"HAHAHAHA! < -puff- > You're just mad because that guy's pants are blue. Next question!"

"Yes Sir. It's Julie, from the Times. You mentioned that you stopped smoking marijuana a few years ago, to get you ready for this kind of a job?"

      "That's right Kate,..."

"It's Julie, sir. From the Times?"

"Right. Sorry Kate. I no longer smoke weed. I had my fun when I was younger and now I'm a public servant, responsible and credible."

"Okay, so the trash bag full of plastic-wrapped Amnesia Haze being loaded from the trunk of your car into your private limo belong to someone else?"

"Umm. Backyard wrestling is irresponsible, and I'd never take risks like that in my personal life. And I'm not sure I appreciate this line of questioning. Are you just mad because I pointed out that guy in the blue pants before and you're banging him?"

"More on this story as it develops. Bob and Karen in the studio, back to you." SWAT tean and DiploSec operators begin quibbling in the background over who's splitting up Dick's bales of the icky sticky green stuff.

I'm telling you, I can totally see it.
      I can hear it now.
i think another reason you are so angered by me is because after you saw the video of the two kids swan diving through a table off their roof, you were filled with so much admiration and respect for them that all you could think about is calling up your good friend jubaji to come over so you could take him into your backyard and suplex him through stack of tables, but you know that because i didnt approve of the kid doing the move, i totally wouldnt be down with you attempting to break your own back because you saw some kids pull a similar stunt on the internet, and thats why you have such a problem with me mike. that and the fact that i had to point out your mistake earlier in the thread.

Okay, Dick. It's apparent that you have no way to explain your own hypocritical views. It's clear that the weed has gotten so far around your brain that you can't even clearly remember what the thread or your own arguments were about. It's evident that you can't mount so much as an attempt to explain the bald-faced contradiction in your criticisms. And finally, it is clear that you lack the competitive drive (call it balls, backbone, heart, or whatever) to understand taking risks in competition.

So if it makes you feel better, by all means, keep bangning on the same drum. Keep avoiding any kind of meaningful answers, and keep deluding yourself. No one else, least of all me, buys it.
        what hypocritical view mike???

i already told you that i view pro wrestling as being very dangerous, and has influenced many children to behave negatively.

my opinion on the move that the wrestler kid performed was that it was risky. my opinion on pro wrestling is that it is also risky. and its not as easy as little apple tries to make it seem. try getting suplexed through tables and chairs 3 or 4 times a week, every week, 365. theres a reason why they all take roids, their bodies simply cannot repair themselves from taking that much constant damage all the time. pro wrestling is very risky. i never said it wasnt mike. so i dont know why you want to keep hanging on to that.

What was considered crazy and a one off fluke in the past is now just the norm in many sports. Quite a few backflip escape video clips out there.

You profess a belief that pro-wrestling is bad, but that belief appears to be one manufactured for this thread. Contrarily, you've posted several videos in the past, and you quote your favorite pro-wrestler in your signature line on every post.
yeah, i liked watching the rock and stone cold go ape shit every night. i really did, because it was funny and more entertaining than anything else on tv. however, at the same time i realized that what they do is risky and dangerous, hence i never jumped off my roof or through any tables. even though i watched the rock talk smack and beat people up every monday night, i also realized the negative impact it was having on my peers and other youths, as they would always try to talk smack and imitate the moves they saw in wrestling. just cause i watched pro wrestling, it doesnt mean that i support people going out and imitating pro wrestling and getting themselves hurt, nor did i ever. do you support murderers and serial killers if you like to watch horror movies??

and yeah, i posted those quotes from the rock because they were funny to me, not because i wanted to advocate violence or because i felt a need to jump off my roof.

that quote only shows how i mentioned in the past how dangerous pro wrestling is, making your argument that i was a hypocrite totally invalid.

                  Hypocrite.
i never said he was irresponsible, i said i wouldnt use that move myself as a grappler. watching him do it was entertaining, just like watching the rock throw someone through the spanish announce table is, as is the video of the kids jumping off the roof. all entertaining videos, doesnt mean im going to go out and perform what i see in them. if you have a problem with my choice of techniques to counter the single leg, thats not my problem mike.

(As if your approval has ever mattered...)

So you said it was ridiculous, unnecessary, egotistical, arrogant, stupid, needlessly flashy, and needy. Sorry. My bad.

i dont care what the kid does mike. all those quotes you posted you took out of context, the first 3 im not even talking about the kid in the video, i was talking about grappling and martial arts in general. and whats left is taken from me stating my opinion that i would use safer moves in favor of the riskier one.

and you sure seem to want make a big deal about what i think, even though you claim my approval never mattered.

Now you're even being hypocritical about your own statements. Are you just mad because I'm pointing out your shortcomings and character flaws? I only ask because often, when you get this way, you start arguing like a tempermental teenage girl...like now.
you are just desperate to scrounge up something to argue about mike, nothing more nothing less.

You've revealed yourself as someone that neither understands competition nor the spirit shown by competitors, and you've been exposed as a total poser. You talked smack about how self-serving and egotistical a high school kid was for doing a flashy move, and then you turn around and trumpet how cool it is for other people to entertain us all using flashy moves. Man. It's been a while since I saw someone make so thorough and complete an ass of himself in one thread. Congrats, Dick. All that's left, I suppose, is to close the thread. I must admit, this thread has gotten more traffic in the last couple days than every other thread on the boards, and I'd wager it's because everyone else finds it as entertaining as I do when you make a complete imbecile of yourself and a mockery of logic and reason. Out of fairness, though, I'll give you the last word. after that, this waste of time goes away, and you can find new ways to deal with your own completely inconsistent beliefs.
i think you should just hurry up and call jubaji over to your house and get it over with. you know you want to suplex him through that table in your backyard, and this entire thread has been nothing but you projecting your frustration with my dismay of people imitating pro wrestling moves in their backyards, since you look up to me and love reading my posts so much. jubaji is my number 1 fan, and you mike are a close number 2.
