That is fantastic, but I'd like to hear about how you've used these amazing 'concepts' yourself in reality. Don't be shy.

Aren't you the hairdresser that always insists that "combat" refers to military, wartime fighting?

You are "allowed" to do whatever you want.

Just be aware that you couldn't be more full of shit by writing what you do when you yourself go to lengths to explain that you aren't experienced or even educated enough in the disciplines being discussed to do it.

That has nothing to do with what you are actually allowed to do. That has to do with character, but you won't understand any of that as long as you keep getting your ovaries tied up in a bunch, Mr Areison.

Course you also expect people to believe you suplexed a guy with a knife. So it's obvious you wouldn't know it if you saw it anyway.
Not just suplexed, DJForest. Its not like he had at any point gained control of the attacking missile or limb. Its not like he evaded the attack and then gained control from behind and then executed a belly to back suplex.

No no no .... jubi-jubi-doo says that he just ran in(cause he was "powerful fast" on his feet back then) and belly to belly suplexed the guy! He and his sidekick SaladTossin' Lu are badass!

Or can it be that the guy who pimped smacked jubaji in the mouth was Tyler Durden?

            Think about it.

LOL! Just can't get over it, can you pUke? You are so pathetic it's hilarious.

Tell us about some of your experiences, pUke. Oh, that's right...

Is this the new Pretend.net method of arguing?

Requesting Youtube videos as a form of evidence?

I wouldn't piss in your mouth if your teeth were on fire. So what makes you think that I'd actually take time to send any you two closet pole smokers a video?

I remember telling you idiots to go to a legitimate school and see if your ideas hold up there. Did you ever trade in your ovaries for balls in order to do it?

Of course not. Neither one of you have ever evidenced that you even have a clue about what was meant to be discussed here.

And if I was making this up, why are there always new people here on this site ... no matter how much time goes by ... that say the same exact things about jubidoo? From 2004 to 2009 someone .. somewhere has always referred to jubidoo as an asshole. There's never been a month where that wasn't the case!

And now Mrs Areison, who happens to be jubidoo's favorite new prophylactic now that Sagacious Lu is m.i.a., goes right along with anything that his new found glove buddy says and does besides politics.

Don't get mad, Mrs Arieson. Just sit back, relax and continue to drink the kool-aid.

Instead of telling us about what you do with your boyfriends on weekends for fun, why not share some actual experiences of you putting your 'skills' (lol) to use?

                      • You'd think with his verbose command of the lexicon he could be a little less crude?

                        Or not...

Being less crude with jubidoo is like trying to put baby powder on a skunk's ass. A lot of good that's going to do.

                          • Where is Tiger Claw when you need him? he would be having a field day.

Any Martial Arts has the ability to help on the "streets" but i am yet to see one that helps when a group of people jump you from behind... well one that is effective.

Bjj has the ability to help if you are taken to the ground, one knows how to control the body and do some damage. but that means you need a stand up, if you are already on the ground you are at your last resort, because chances are, a boot is coming your way real fast.

I have read some stats that the people who "know how to defend themself against a knife attack" are the most likely person to get stabbed. I guess because they dont try and defuse the situation, they just think they are Bruce Lee and the likes.

I imagine that it would be hard to find a decent TMA anywhere now a days, as Mcojo's pop up everywhere and have success.

Also, can you guys let me know if Pankration is a TMA? Does it count in the self defence for the street tree or is it only for sports?

At the end of the day, best solution is to get out of the situation as fast as you can, rather then risk it.

Well, so much for every argument the nutthuggers ever made here.

Here it is folks, directly from the handbook that comes with the Gracie Combatives system.

The disclaimer states WORD FOR WORD:

                                FINAL WARNING

Practicing tournament or sport techniques is risky, even if you understand they will not work in a real fight. In a real fight you must rely on trained instincts. If you dilute your training with impure, unrealistic sport applications of Gracie Jiu-jitsu you will hinder your ability to respond quickly and effectively with the right technique. Worse you may reflexively execute a sports technique with potentially disastrous consequences. While there is little harm in sampling the techniques of Gracie Jui-jitsu, you risk developing bad habits if you practice these techniques to the point of developing reflexes.

I do believe that's everything Boar, Uke and I have saying for years and you've all denied it and freaked out calling us every name in the book.

                                Game, set, match, folks.

Apparently the lawyers made them put the disclaimer in, there it is folks form the Gracies themselves...learning GJJ will teach you bad habits that directly interfere with your ability to survive a real fight.

Wrong... wrong... wrong they tell you not to train or spar with sport jiu jitsu because it will mess u up they strongly strongly hate sport jiu jitsu thats why they dont train or do any sport jiu jitsu competitions... it is not sport jiu jitsu in anyway ill show you the gracie combatatives from the REAL SITE gracieuniversity.com or gracieacademy.com

                                Gracie Combatives
Although Gracie Jiu-Jitsu consists of more than 600 techniques, studies of the challenge matches, conducted by members of our family over the last 80 years, show that 36 techniques have been used more often and with greater success than all the others combined. Originally developed for the U.S. Army Rangers, Gracie Combatives is the only course that is entirely dedicated to the mastery of these 36 essential techniques. In this course, we use a new training process called Dynamic Reflex Development™ to take you, regardless of age or athletic ability, from no knowledge to "street ready" in the least amount of time possible. In each of the 36 lessons, we will teach you one technique using a series of simplified drills or Technical Slices™. After you perfect each variation of the technique, we will teach you how combine them in a Reflex Development Drill™. Once your reflexes are strong in the execution of all variations of the technique, we will show you how to combine the new move with 5-7 previously learned techniques in a carefully scripted Fight Simulation Drill™. To optimize learning, and to best prepare you for the Blue Belt Qualification Test, we strongly encourage you to adhere to the curriculum and only proceed to the next lesson once you are absolutely comfortable with all aspects of the previous one. By mastering all the techniques in this course, individually and in every possible combination, you will qualify to be tested for promotion to blue belt.

i think its ironic they show the us army your so called "sport gracie jiu jitsu" i mean i guess the war is a sport and those ppl arent aloud to throw punches in hand to hand combat hahaha.

there is more text that says directly do not train in sport jiu jitsu for this course is strictly designed for street ability.

theres the gracies thereselves buddy from there own website u can talk to them in person on gracieuniversity.com if you want to in the forum section and they will tell you not to train sport.
