Re: ROID RAGE!!
I have not encountered such ignorance and lack of cognition since I can remember.
I can see that for many of you, my post explaining some of the misconceptions, showing that I obviously know more about the subject than most, went largely ignored ... perhaps it was too difficult to form an opinion from anything other than what you saw on DatelineNBC?
Also, I find it incredibly amusing that someone who is on a board devoted to learning how to beat the shit out of someone better actually comments on increased aggression...though if you notice, you (boardmembers) attacked the subject first....
And finally, the 'black and white' mentality you display by saying:
"if you think that you can do something that is potentially dangerous "safely" when many others have failed then you're just fooling yourself"
- has to be one of the saddest examples of lower brain functioning I have ever seen ... you obviously didnt read my post...I will try to make it simple for a simpleton; Hamburgers, (the things at McDonalds) can be potentially dangerous if over consumed. The high glycemic carbs and hydrogenated fats can cause a myriad of health problems over a long period of time. Many people have failed at eating Hamburgers safely, as evidenced by the fact that obesity is a number 1 killer in our country... Yet this does not mean that you cannot eat hamburgers in moderation and do so safely.
Does that make sense Grape Ape or I should I try it with Twinkies and Cocoa Puffs?

Ok, This a wonderful thread. I think the lack of wisdom that goes into steroid use has been sufficiently covered. I wanted to point out that muscle endurance is much more important than strength in grappling. Not to mention that having large muscles and the usual lack of flexibility that goes with it will get you slaughtered on the mat. Oh yeah, if you think that you can do something that is potentially dangerous "safely" when many others have failed then you're just fooling yourself.
