yeah, that should be fine. Some kind of liniment. Thai-Boxing liniment from Thailand is really good.

At the end, if you look at most fights, you win when you use simple and effective techniques, no room for spectacular but complicated techs, unless who you are fighting is a newbie, a useless fighter or someone half your weight!
