Read it? I was one of the authors!
My full Thai nickname is "Khun Kao Charuad". Quite a lot of the book was actually my material. Not the stuff with the photos, though. Or the history time-line. A lot of the technical instruction, breaking down of techniques, etc, was my stuff.
I don't know who the other 2 authors are. I also don't know who actually compiled the book. I was never contacted about this book being created. I only found out about it by accident when one day I stumbled across it on the internet and was like, "Hey! That's my stuff!!!"
Whoever actually did put this together actually did do a very good job. He or she also offered it for free on the internet. Whoever put this out there is not making any money off of it. If they were, I'd be royally PISSED!
I'm just disappointed that I was never contacted about this project. I really would have liked the opportunity to have made revisions to a number of the articles I had written that were used in this book. Most of the material in the book that was my material was written pre-2000, and quite frankly I've learned a lot more since then. Some of my material isn't 100% accurate and was written based upon my best knowledge at that time.....
Oh well. Glad you like it!

I also have to add that whoever compiled this added some edits to my material that I'm not 100% sure I agree with....

LOL i did glimpse Khun Kao put on the cover but I thought it was some other thai Khun Kao so err... sorry. If you're the one mentioned on the cover I have to confess that material made me think I should stop attending my classes because we don't get any drills or decent explanations or whetever - just skip rope, shadow boxing and work in pairs. No one ever told us of roadwork importance. Hell i'm sure if you could review it and release it many people would prevent themselves from training in a wrong way. I could help at it if you ever aim at russian market. BTW was it you who did the psychlogical part about being afraid gettin hit? IT'S AWESOME.

I remember the last time you posted that! I'd love to get a copy of that book, even though I have the scanned version included in the book I unwittingly helped write, LOL
