Has the fight occurred? What was the outcome? Here is my 2 sense. I apologize if I'm wrong but someone said Wing Chun is a Defensive art? Wing chun has no defense. Its constant pressure. I've seen quite a bit of success with wc against tai. As always there is no dominant art. There are better arts and how the fighter can apply their principles determines their success. I bridge the gap as the WC fighter and if you don't have good foot work and the guy's fast, your in trouble. Low line kicks work well as I throw them in transition and at the the guy's leg that is still standing on and one more thing. Boxing has more power punches? If your a real WC guy, the power generated in short distance is amazing and add the movement with your legs, just as powerful. The most important part is everything is linear. Good luck reacting.
