Your comment about road work in a car is interesting. I, for one, do far more miles in my car than running. Clearly I need to train for realism - so road work in a car it'll be. I'm also more likely to get into a fight when I'm p*ssed, so next training session, I'll have three pints of ale before I train. I'll let you know how this regime works in a month or two.

Anyways back on topic, ill have to agree with thai bri, hand wraps would defeat the purpose of the pressups im pretty sure, or make it not worth doing because gains will be minimal.

I know too much about hondas, I've been on the honda forum the past 10 months, no training. I'm starting to feel old again.

You can agree with bri if you want but obviosly you haven't tried the push ups nor has he. The reasom for the wraps is because the push ups put pressure amd stress on the wrists. You ONLY use the wraps until your wrist are strong enough to stop you from falling on your face. I'd rather use wrist supports then have road rash or a broken face. I REALLY COULD CARE LESS IF YOU AGREE OR NOT.
